Cocooning is serious business.

Besides the research and travel, our time in London is a time of cocooning and waiting on the Lord for our next steps. This is an important time of being re-tooled and re-shaped. Cocooning is serious business as the caterpillar is liquified inside its personal chrysalis until it emerges. Total transformation takes place as everything is remade according to the "imaginal discs" that provide the template to a new life. Cooperating with God during this time is of the highest importance. It's "dark and isolated" during this time, marked by great silence (all outside noise is shut out), although volcanic and heroic activity is taking place inside. Amazing how nature gives us such a vivid picture of what spiritual transformations and seasons look like.
