THE IMPORTANCE OF PACE-SETTING

Nascar races have pace cars.  Running competitions have rabbits.  Worship has pacesetters.

Notice in this clip, worship has not commenced.  The piano sets the prophetic atmosphere.  The worship leader is going vertical, through direct conversation and prayer to God, setting the tone for everybody to engage -- preparing hearts and minds to dwell in His presence, then moving to fragments of songs, and finally transitioning to a full song.

LEARN TO LINGER

Don't be in a rush to go anywhere.  Ministering to the Lord is to enjoy Him.  This is our first and highest call.

MAKE YOUR FACE SHINE UPON US.

A Reading of Psalm 67 by Conrad Mbewe

FAVORITE OF THE MONTH

"Rest On Us"  by Harvest Parker, Brandon Lake, Tony Brown, Rebekah White, Jonathan Jay, and Elyssa Smith.

Mt. 3:16 - "After being baptized, Jesus went up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and coming upon Him."

We need to the presence of God to be abiding upon us daily.

Besides great words and instrumentation, this song has great prophetic energy ("singing outside the lines").  The worship leader owns the song and the audience is engaged in a powerful spirit of agreement (physically and with affection) declaring Jesus.
